International legal directory, The Legal 500, has released its Arbitration Powerlist: Africa 2021. We are delighted to announce that our Senior Partner, George Oraro SC is one of Africa’s leading arbitration practitioners listed by the directory.
“The listing reflects those practitioners that are deemed the ‘gold standard’ by businesses,” the directory noted.
The directory showcases the leading arbitration practitioners, working in the continent. To compile the list, the Legal 500 conducts extensive research by approaching leading arbitrators, arbitral institutions and general counsel in Africa to seek their opinion and guidance.
George Oraro SC’s recognition follows a recent ranking by another leading international legal directory, Chambers Global, which ranked him as a Band 1 lawyer in Dispute Resolution: Arbitrators, further praising him for being “one of the best lawyers Kenya has” and “without a doubt among the leading individuals in litigation and arbitration.”
