One of the world’s leading legal directories IFLR 1000 (which has its focus on financial and corporate work), has once again ranked Oraro & Company Advocates in its 2018 rankings that were released on 13th October 2017. Commending the firm, the directory said, “They have a fast turnaround time, good individuals and thorough quality of work.” The rankings also saw the recognition of three (3) of the firm’s lawyers George Oraro SC (Senior Partner), Pamela Ager(Partner) and Nelly Gitau (Partner) which is a testament of the firm’s growing strength in transactional work.
Pamella Ager, Head of the Commercial and Real Estate teams was ranked for the second consecutive year as a Highly Regarded lawyer in the areas of Banking, (M&A). Nelly Gitau was recognised as a Rising star in the Banking (Real Estate) practice area. Nelly who has vast expertise in complex real estate and finance transactions said, “I am excited to be recognised again this year. George Oraro SC who was cited as a Highly Regarded lawyer in Project Development and M&A, was more than glad to receive the ranking news.
