Oraro & Company Advocates is pleased to welcome a new Partner, Lilian Renee Omondi. Joining the firm’s Dispute Resolution (Tax) practice group, Renee brings a wealth of experience acquired in a career spanning over 24 years.
Prior to joining Oraro & Company Advocates, Renee worked across various professional service firms with the most recent one being Ernest & Martin Associates, where she served as Head of the Tax and Legal Department. Over the years, she has represented clients in notable matters in such areas as construction, real estate, energy supply, telecommunication, manufacturing and non-profit, among others.
In addition, Renee has served as a member of the Tax Appeal Tribunal, Auctioneers Licensing Board and the Tobacco Control Board.
Renee holds a Master of Laws degree from the University of Liverpool, a Post-graduate Diploma in Law from the Kenya School of Law and a Bachelor of Laws degree from Nagpur University. Additionally, she is a Notary Public, Certified Public Secretary and Commissioner for Oaths.
Her entrance to Oraro & Company Advocates enhances the firm’s “dispute resolution powerhouse,” with the firm’s Managing Partner, Chacha Odera, commenting, “we are elated to have Renee join us.
