BACKGROUND
Brian is an Associate in the Dispute Resolution Department and specialises in employment and labour disputes, family law and succession, constitutional law, and arbitration.
He holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from the University of Nairobi and a post-graduate diploma in Law from the Kenya School of Law.
EXPERIENCE
- Part of the team acting for a regulator in a dispute calling for interpretation on the limits of its constitutional mandate.
- Part of the team advising a top financial institution on strategic policy practice around employment and labour.
- Part of the team that reviewed the anti-money laundering policy for a multinational corporation to ensure compliance with the relevant Kenyan laws.
- Assisted in preparing a presentation on ‘The Future of Arbitration’ made before the 2022 conference of Young International Arbitration Group (YIAG).
